iPlayHoops Inc. Launches Fullcourt, A Free Ios And Android Social App That Allows Basketball Players To Coordinate Games
Santa Monica, California, (July 09, 2017):-
iPlayHoops Inc., the Santa Monica based company launches Fullcourt, a
free iOS and Android social app that allows basketball players to
coordinate games.
Fullcourt allows basketball players to
coordinate games, view real time information on courts, see peak times
of courts near you, and build a basketball network. The app currently
has over 10,000+ courts in the US and over 20,000+ worldwide. Fullcourt
was founded by Philip Wilson, a coach, a player and a complete
basketball enthusiast.
"I love basketball, it is in my blood. My
father was the Men's Varsity Head Coach of the local High School in
California. I basically grew up in a gym and followed my father's
footsteps and became a coach after my collegiate basketball career
ended. Discussing with my father, we saw something missing in the
basketball industry. A tool that will make things significantly easier
to manage and organize games", stated Mr. Wilson.
"I believe
people should be able to play basketball 24 hours a day," said Wilson,
"That is what we are trying to achieve. We are providing people the
information and resources to make that happen, and ultimately get people
playing more basketball."
With hundreds of users after the
initial soft launch, Fullcourt quickly became one of the favorite social
networks for basketball players that play at local basketball courts
and gyms, and a resource for them to coordinate these games.
"I
saw the industry of basketball from the inside, as a coach and a player,
and realized it could be run more efficiently. After years of coaching
and being a part of basketball world, my father and I built something
that allows us to give back to the community that we had been a part of
for some long. It's our way of saying thank you!", added Wilson.
"Allowing young players the ability to play basketball whenever they
want, will hopefully keep them out of trouble. As a coach, it's all
about providing a way for the next generation to connect with
basketball."
Fullcourt is built on the premise that the game of
basketball is changing and the next generation of youth are will want a
way to connect with basketball on another level. The app is free for
both iOS and Android.
